Are you wondering what to expect from your first visit to Massage and Reflexology of Delaware? Your massage therapy session can last between 30 and 90 minutes. You choose the length when you call to schedule an appointment. When you arrive, there will be plenty of parking and a comfortable lounge. The massage room will be warm and quiet with soft lighting and appropriate background music. You will be lying comfortably on a heated massage table during your session and are encouraged to provide immediate feedback to the therapist regarding what you are feeling. The intent is to bring relief not discomfort. We suggest you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment to give you a chance to catch your breath and shift gears mentally and physically. To have the most beneficial session, you should avoid heavy eating or drinking about 2 hours prior to your appointment. Afterwards, you will want to allow yourself a little time before your next scheduled activity. We want your complete experience with us to be relaxing and enjoyable.
